28 Dec : News of an upcoming film project involving Shuler and his brother, Sam Hensley. Sam will write the script of a real-life drama - the story of how a West Georgia cheerleading squad went from tragedy to success - and Shuler will star as West Georgia athletic director, Ed Murphy. Full details in the Associated Press 14 Dec : Exciting news! Shuler is currently shooting a pilot for Fox TV called The Jury. Shuler is the guest star, and the episode is being directed by acclaimed writer/producer/director Barry Levinson (Rain Man, Good Morning Vietnam, Diner, Sleepers and many more great movies!) 12 Dec : Universal Studios are already announcing they're hoping to release Van Helsing on DVD in time for Halloween 2004! Latest news from Coming Soon 2 Dec : Toys of the Van Helsing characters will be issued next February! The Frankenstein Monster toys will comprise : "Frankenstein with twisting torso, Frankenstein with viewable gears and Frankenstein Playset with breakway ice."!! Oklahoma! will air nationally, and there will be interview segments throughout the show. 13 Nov : A video game of Van Helsing is being developed by Saffire Studios to be released in Spring 2004 at the same time as the movie! Shuler's episode (Just Friends) from the first series of Ed will be shown on Channel 4 TV, Wednesday 29 Oct at 10am. Don't forget to set the video! 10 Oct : The Bread, My Sweet is to open in New York City on Oct 24 at the Cinema Village in Greenwich Village. Prior to its opening, Scott Baio will discuss the film on Saturday on NBC's The Today Show. The movie will also return to Pittsburgh at the Oaks in Oakmont Nov. 7-13. Shuler already left the show on 5th January. 19 Feb : Universal Pictures has launched its Official website for Van Helsing. 5 Jan : Shuler leaves Oklahoma! today after a hugely successful stint during which he received the most fabulous reviews and took Broadway’s "Triple Crown" of awards, saw his caricature hung at Sardis restaurant and his Jud Fry likeness captured in a Hirschfeld cartoon in the New York Times.
